With dual Master’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Environmental Biomonitoring, and a Bachelor’s in Medical Biotechnology 🧫, she specializes in bioactive compounds, molecular diagnostics, and food preservation 🌿🍗. Ms. Souhire Belloumi has cultivated a strong academic foundation in life sciences. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (2019–2024) at the University of Tunis El-Manar 🧬.
