Dr. Behnam Dovlati is a soil scientist specializing in soil chemistry, soil pollution, soil fertility, and plant nutrition, with particular expertise in heavy metal stabilization, environmental risk assessment, and sustainable remediation strategies. His academic work has focused on environmentally sound approaches to mitigating soil contamination, including the use of natural amendments to reduce heavy metal mobility and food chain transfer. As a researcher and lecturer at Urmia University, he is actively engaged in teaching, supervising graduate research, and leading projects in soil biogeochemistry, hydroponic systems, and contaminated land management. Beyond academia, he collaborates with international technology-driven companies as a consultant, contributing to innovative solutions in environmental remediation, air cleaning technologies, waste-to-energy concepts, and agricultural protection systems.
